Book speed dating: is it possible to fall in love with a book in 10 minutes?
To mark ‘Monasteri Aperti’, the civic museum invites you to an original event: ‘Book Speed Dating’, dedicated to books.
Have you ever dreamt of meeting an author… but at the pace of a speed date?
Four people and four books come together for a few minutes: just long enough to exchange stories, impressions and interesting facts. Then it’s time to move on. A new face, a new book, a new conversation to begin. A dynamic and surprising game, where every round is an opportunity to discover something – or someone – unexpected.
The authors taking part will be:

The event will conclude with an elegant social gathering, where authentic flavours will meet herbal tradition: the refreshments will be accompanied by an exclusive herbal tea, specially created using a skilful selection of medicinal plants from the Giorgioni herbalist’s shop in Ravenna and enhanced by the expert touch of Sharon.e.le.erbe.
The event is organised in collaboration with the publishing house ArgentoDorato. At the end of the presentation, the authors will be available for book signings and book sales.
